| Practice Experience:
Born in Chadron, Nebraska, Brad has spent his entire legal career with Heyl Royster, beginning in 1987 in the Urbana office. He became a partner with the firm in 1997. Practice Emphasis: Brad concentrates his practice in the defense of workers’ compensation, construction litigation, professional liability and products liability claims. He has authored the “Survey of Illinois Law - Workers’ Compensation,” Southern Illinois Law Journal (1991), and “Medicare, Workers’ Compensation and Set Aside Trusts,” Southern Illinois Law Journal (2002). Brad is a member of the Champaign County, Illinois State, and American Bar Associations. He currently serves on the Illinois State Bar Association Assembly and the Workers’ Compensation Section Counsel.
