Prior to joining Heyl Royster, Doug practiced for more than 20 years in the area of civil litigation, including municipal, civil rights and employment litigation cases, in Madison and St. Clair counties. He joined the firm’s Edwardsville office in April 2004 and became a partner in January 2008. Practice Emphasis: Doug focuses his practice on civil litigation, including general tort litigation, premises liability, civil rights, employment litigation and the defense of municipalities.
