A native of Big Rock, Illinois, John has been practicing in the Urbana office of Heyl Royster since 1986. He became a partner with the firm in 1996. Practice Emphasis: John concentrates his practice in the areas of workers’ compensation, third-party defense of employers, professional liability, product liability, railroad, and construction litigation defense. John blends his civil litigation and workers’ compensation practice to assist clients in these interrelated areas.
